Why Choose Caesar White

Hot Pots and Pans Will Not Scorch It No resin holding the slab together, so a pan straight off the burner will not scorch it the way it would engineered quartz.
No Warmth in the Ground Nothing warm anywhere in it, so it suits the gray and contemporary kitchens where cream or blush would pull against the scheme.
Fine, Even Grain A small consistent grain that reads as a clean light counter rather than a busy one, and asks for no seam matching.
Quarried, Not Manufactured Cut from one block rather than blended in a factory, so each slab still carries the geology of the ground it came from.

What Is Caesar White Granite?

A cool, even grain on a clean white ground.

Caesar White is a Chinese granite in a bright, cool white, grained finely and evenly with gray and black. The grain stays small and consistent, so the surface reads as a clean light counter rather than a busy one. It also goes by the name Shandong White.

Temperature is what sets it apart in CDO. Beige Porrino is cream at the same ₱3,300 and Baby Pink carries a blush at ₱2,800; there is no warmth in this one at all, which makes it the pick for a gray or contemporary kitchen.

The grain has no direction, which keeps fabrication simple. A slab can be laid whichever way the room wants, and that hands us room to move when we place a seam.

At ₱3,300 per square meter it still sits in the more affordable half of the Cagayan de Oro granite list, and a pan can come off the burner straight onto it, which engineered quartz will not tolerate.

How Do You Clean Caesar White Granite?

Three habits that keep a bright counter bright.

1

Blot Spills and Drips Promptly

A pale porous granite puts an oil mark on display, and a grain this fine and even gives it nowhere to hide. Catch cooking oil, butter and salad dressing where they land instead of leaving them until the cooking is done.

2

Use Only Granite Cleaner

Bleach and the acidic sprays sold for bathrooms strip the seal and bring the next application forward. A pH-neutral stone cleaner lifts grease and leaves what is underneath alone.

3

Never Scour It

Steel wool, abrasive powders and scouring pads leave permanent scuffs in a polish. A plastic scraper takes off anything dried on without marking it.

Sealers and cleaners matched to this stone sit on the shelf at our CDO yard, so nobody guesses in a supermarket aisle. The wider stone care range is worth a look first.

How Do You Care for Caesar White Granite?

One seal, an occasional check, and one thing never to do.

1

Seal It on Installation

The counter wants sealing once it is in place and the dust has settled. Our crew handles that as part of the fit, and on a pale granite it decides whether the first oil spill becomes permanent.

2

Reseal as Needed

Leave a few drops of water somewhere out of the way on the counter for fifteen minutes. Wipe them off, and a darkened patch underneath means it is due — a wipe-on, wipe-off evening. Once or twice a year is the usual rhythm, and that is a guide rather than a schedule.

3

Never Sit or Stand on It

Granite is hard, not flexible, so an unsupported overhang can split under someone’s weight. Fetch a step stool instead of climbing onto the counter.

Is Caesar White Granite Good for Kitchen Countertops?

Yes, and no warmth in the ground makes it easy to place.

Yes. The chemistry is silicate, so acid finds nothing to bite on. Calamansi, vinegar and wine leave the polish exactly as they found it, where a marble would go dull in seconds.

Heat is the clean win over engineered quartz. Nothing inside a granite slab burns, so a pan can travel from burner to counter and will not scorch the surface. A trivet is still worth using, because any stone can crack if the temperature change is sudden and extreme, though one careless moment will not cost you the counter.

The fine gray flecking does moderate work on daily mess. It scatters crumbs and water marks better than a plain white surface would, but not as thoroughly as a coarse, high-contrast slab.

Sealing is the real obligation and it has its own section below. An oil mark has nowhere to hide on a cool white ground, so nobody should skip it.

Does Caesar White Granite Need Sealing?

Yes. The answer does not carry over from another granite.

Yes. The stone is open enough for oil and wine to seep in, and against a bright white ground the patch that follows is obvious. Sealed, it turns both away and behaves like any other easy kitchen surface.

Colour predicts nothing here, in either direction. Marigold is a light brown granite and asks for no sealer at all, while Black Impala is dark and does want one. Checking the specific stone is the only method that works.

In practice that is one application when we install it, then the water test twice a year at most. That is the entire commitment, and it is what a natural stone charges for taking a hot pan without flinching.

Caesar White vs Our Other Fine-Grained Pale Granites in Cagayan de Oro

The cool one on the CDO list, and what being cool costs.

Caesar White is the cleanest and coolest

Fine, even gray grain over bright white at ₱3,300 per sqm, with no warmth anywhere in it. Take it when the kitchen is gray or contemporary and a cream or blush counter would drag against the scheme.

Salt and Pepper is warmer, busier and cheaper

Salt and Pepper chases a similar idea at ₱1,800 per sqm, warmer, with larger dark clusters. If the cool tone is not essential, it does the same job for a good deal less and buries mess better.

Beige Porrino is the warm equivalent

Beige Porrino runs cream and ivory at the same ₱3,300 per sqm, and it is the one for a kitchen built around timber and brass rather than gray and steel.

Baby Pink is the softest of the group

Baby Pink keeps a fine blush grain, quieter still than this one but unmistakably warm, at ₱2,800 per sqm. The far end of the temperature range, and ₱500 less.

What Colours Go With Caesar White Granite?

A cool white counter that lets a kitchen’s cabinetry lead.

Carrying no warmth of its own, this slab behaves as a true neutral. It will sit under any cabinet colour without dragging it somewhere unintended, and that is the main argument for it over the cream and blush stones.

Gray cabinetry is the natural pairing, and the flecking picks that gray up so the two read as a single scheme.

Deep colours gain the most. Navy, forest green and charcoal all lift against a bright cool counter, and the contrast does the work a busier slab would otherwise have to do.

Timber needs some thought. Ash and pale oak sit well, while teak and narra can turn orange against it. Chrome, nickel and matte black all suit the handles; brass is the one to approach carefully.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is Caesar White different from Salt and Pepper granite?

Tone and grain. This one is cooler, brighter and more evenly grained. Salt and Pepper works a warmer ground with larger, higher-contrast clusters, at ₱1,800 per sqm in CDO against ₱3,300 here. The premium buys a cooler look, not a better stone.

Is Caesar White worth the extra over Salt and Pepper?

Only if the cool tone matters to your scheme. In a gray or contemporary kitchen this looks right where Salt and Pepper looks slightly warm. If that is not your kitchen, put the saving somewhere it shows.

Does Caesar White granite need sealing?

Yes. Oil and red wine can penetrate a bright ground and leave a dark patch behind. Our CDO crew seals it on installation; after that, a few drops of water on an inconspicuous spot, twice a year at most, will tell you whether it is due, and you reseal only when the stone darkens underneath.

Can you put a hot pan on Caesar White granite?

Yes. Nothing in it can scorch, because no resin holds the slab together, so a pan off the burner leaves neither burn nor discolouration. Thermal shock on a cold slab still argues for a trivet, and this stays granite’s clearest edge over engineered quartz.

Does it show crumbs and water marks?

Somewhat. The gray flecking breaks daily mess up better than a plain white surface manages, though a coarse high-contrast stone hides a good deal more.

Does it etch like marble?

No. The chemistry is silicate rather than calcium carbonate, so acid has nothing in the polish to dissolve. Calamansi, vinegar and wine sit on it harmlessly, where a marble would go dull almost at once.

Can Caesar White granite be used outdoors?

Yes. Colour holds in full sun, where engineered quartz yellows instead, so lanai counters, outdoor kitchens and poolside runs are all fair game. Keep up with the water test, since stone outdoors works harder.

Where can you buy Caesar White granite in Cagayan de Oro?

Stone Depot, from the Cagayan de Oro yard. It is stocked rather than ordered in, so you can walk the racks and pick the slab your counter comes from, and what is on the floor turns over through the year.

Ask to see it beside Salt and Pepper while you are here, because the difference in tone is obvious in person and easy to miss in a photograph. The yard is open Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and the rest of the granite range in CDO is on the same floor.
